I would like to have only one copy of each mail.. either in the Inbox or the sent mail.. what happens is, when i get a reply to mail that i sent, the sent mail is seen on both "sent" and "inbox".. this is using up a lot of my space..
please guide me.. thanks
How can I delete mails in my sent mail on Gmail which are already in my Inbox?
Gmail does not store it twice.. it only stores it once.. so it won't consume double space.. its just tagged under inbox and sent mails.
For example: "Starring" it from inbox will automatically star it in sent folder.. which means its the same email.. That's why if u delete it from inbox or sent it will delete it from the other.. only one copy exists..
Reply:You click the checkbox, than mash that button that says "delete"
Reply:ok, tick it or mark it. Then click on delete.
Or go to (more actions) then click on delete from there.
your question is simple and hope my answer as well (^_^) !
my greetings..................
