I am trying to export my hotmail contacts to gmail but I cannot save a csv file, how else can I import?

I am not sure why it is not saving the csv file correctly but when I try to import them I get a message saying all of my contacts were not recognized. What else can I do, is there other software that will import my hotmail contacts to gmail and to my mac email program? Thanks.

Yes actually there is another way. You have to convert the files into a different format so that message wont appear. They must first identify your contacts first.
