How do you block somebody from sending you emails on Gmail?

You can create a filter that automatically redirects messages from that address to the trash folder or the spam folder. at the top of the Inbox page, next to the "Search the Web" button, is a small link called "Create a filter"... click that. enter whatever details you'd like, most likely the "From:" email address, then click "Next Step"





then you can decide what you want to do with the message, probably move it to the trash. finally, "Create Filter" and you're done.
