How do you change your picture on Gmail?

Like the little profile page... I changed my friends but I can't figure this out. PS- I only put 2 friends on GMail so i normally use Yahoo! so dont freak out!

How do you change your picture on Gmail?
Click the settings link in the top navigation on Gmail and when the settings area comes up, there should be a space to change or delete your picture.
