How do I sign up for Gmail?

I would like to start google mail account. Can someone please help? Thanks in advance.

Reply:You can either sign up using your mobile phone see (https://www.google.com/accounts/SmsMailS... ) for instructions or you have to be invited by a current user to join the service.
Reply:Since it's still a beta; you'll need an invite. Ask someone you allready knows how uses Gmail for an invite.
Reply:You can get a Gmail account if you're invited by someone who already has one. Or, you can sign up for an account using your mobile phone.
