I am not going to provide you with specifics but for the man on the street it requires a reasonable learning curve to be able to find out how to do these things WHICH ARE HIGHLY ILLEGAL AND WILL GET YOU IN BIG TROUBLE IF, repeat IF you get caught.





It is ever easier to catch you with the government programs designed to catch terrorists being used for ALL traffic going through the USA and UK and most of europe actually and probably china etc.





DON'T do it unless you really think its VERY important (ie life and death, or at least JAIL TERM)





Google employees CAN view anything they want but it would be ILLEGAL for them to disclose anything to external agencies without very specific circumstances.





If you believe evidence that may be relevant to a criminal case is available from them you can petition the police to have google hand it over. Don;t worry if it has been deleted either because they keep it anyway for at least 18months, but probably more.

Reply:to hack gmail account get a keylogger. it will find the password and the victim will never know they've been hacked. hacking is agianst the law but if you don't mind being sent to jail/prison, i'd say go for it:] !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
