Is there any possible way to un-link your youtube and gmail accounts?

I was signing in and I accidentally hit "link accounts," and it's driving me nuts, because whenever I'm on gmail and I want to go to my other youtube, if I sign out, it automatically signs me out of gmail, too. How can I undo this?
