How do you add a contact in GMail?

I'm using the html version if that makes a difference.

I can see where it says contacts but when I click on contacts, there is no option to add a new one that I can see.

How do you add a contact in GMail?
Wow. You know, that's a really good question o.O

There doesn't seem to be a way to add a contact manually in plain HTML mode, but when you send an email to an address, that address is automatically added to your contacts list. That's the only way I can see.

And don't you wish people would read the entire question before answering? ;)
Reply:on that page, on the top, next to "compose", "delete", and a dropdown box that says "add contact to...", there's "create contact". if you click contacts and nothing shows up at all, go to the top of the page and click "older version". i've been having problems myself with that page on the newer version using firefox on OS X tiger.
Reply:Click on "Contacts"

Click the button with a single person and a plus next to it

Put in the info and click save

Voila
Reply:After clicking contacts, you click the icon that looks like a little person with a +.
Reply:Click contacts and then there is a button that has a person with a plus beside it. Click there.
